Bonds pleads not guilty
Plus the federal judge overseeing Bonds' case says she'll likely exclude from trial three positive drug tests.... the government's case is already hitting a key roadblock.

Remember all you Bonds haters..Barry is innocent until proven guilty.

1. He's going to walk....the judge isn't going to allow all of that
hearsay evidence.

And that's what I've been arguing all along.

I could be on Barry's defense team.

2. I hope he does walk
I don't care what anybody says, this whole thing has been like a witch hunt from the start.

3. You know what pisses me off, cboy?
It's how much the government has spent chasing the roid ragers. We've had the Bonds case and soon Clemens will be involved in one, and the carnival in congress a couple of years ago.

Of course, it could have been much worse. An icon in swimming takes a bong hit, and teh media goes apeshit.

Sorry, if I responded to Upton. Get you guy(s) confused alot!

4. I'm glad to see you defending my position
It's what I've been saying all along.

All you had to do was peer through your hyperbole to find the truth.

5. You know what pisses me off, maidenmaryland?
It's that the government even got involved with the steroids issue in the first place. They could have investigated...well hell I don't know...maybe the Wars on Terrorism, 9/11, the soundness of the economy, the oil bubble and the energy crisis, why our children are getting dumber with each passing day, why American companies refuse to pay their taxes, why half of us don't have medical insurance, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera.

But hell, as long as I know my home run heroes aren't juicing themselves up I'm happy. It's all about the stats, baby!
