unless all the names are released? Except for a few leaks because of government intervention, most of the names of players who tested positive are likely to remain secret.

He should not be automatically disqualified for the Hall of Fame. If writers believe he actually did not use steriods during years other than 2001-2003. If the numbers from those years are good enough for him to get into the Hall of Fame then he should be allowed into the Hall of Fame.
