I'm from Chicago and I'm tired of that ego maniac Sosa getting a free ride in all of this. That jag went from 170 to 225 pounds of muscle while in his mid 20's and he's maintained that 225 to 230 pounds into his 30's. Only someone who never set foot in a gym could think that's possible through a good workout routine and proper diet. I've been a weight lifter for about 20 years, and it isn't possible without drugs. When asked about it, Sosa becomes very defensive, almost shocked and annoyed that someone would question him on such a subject. They need to nail this dick.

9. I saw a piece in our local paper today about Sosa

which stated that the Mets are no longer interested in Sosa because of his "weight loss and declining production", aka steroids. Thats really too bad, because I'd like to see his ass gone too. I have been one of the biggest Sosa fans around, but his antics on the last day of the season soured me on him forever. Sammy "me first" Sosa. I have about 8,000,000 other things I could say about Sosa, but I'll save that for another time. Cubs in '05! Without Sosa!

i think the andro thing was just in between cycles. look at how big he was in Oakland then how big he was later in his career, plus all the injury's he had that finally went away.
