Praxis II: Social studies: feel unprepared even with a 3.97 gpa
and I have to leave at 6am to take the darn thing tomorrow. Part of the problem is that I am 52 and completed half of my education before 1990...that's a long time to try to recall from. Anyone here who has taken the Praxis II Social studies with any words of advice?

1. I'm not familar with that test, and I'm not sure what it's for
I am 45-yr old woman who is going back to college full-time in September, and I dreaded the placement tests I had to take. It had been over 20 years since my last math course, and I had to test at an Algebra II level. I'd gotten excellent grades back in the day, but that was a long time ago. I decided to spend some time reviewing algebra with a couple of workbooks I picked up at the bookstore. I ended up testing fine for that subject, and for every other part of the test.
