Why don't we hear more about abstinence-only religious education? |

If a private school devotes much more attention than public schools to the study of religion, then that private school could encourage students to focus entirely on understanding and abstain from making a commitment to a particular religion until those students are mature adults.
In some countries, converting from pre-school confusion/indecision to student believer puts you at risk of eventual punishment for apostasy.

I have a different approach - if they are so anxious for Armageddon, why don't they skip the intermediate step and go right for heaven RIGHT NOW? It would save them (and us) a lot of grief and wasted time.
