1. I am not sure I buy much of this

In my travels in europe especially in France and Portugal where the diet has an abundance of meat and plenty of cream sauces and wine is served with meals, I did not see much in the way of obesity. I lived in the Azores Islands and noted the same. I think it is HFCS and inactivity that is the culprit. I think the car cultrue is also a big part of the problem as in other countries more people walk.
