Any universities or colleges or community colleges in your area hiring online
instructors. I need contact names. PM me. I have Master in Education and Master in IT - know graphics, Internet, Web Development, CIW certified www.ciwcertified.com - any ideas? Need to be able to do this at a distance. Currently have been doing for one for over 7 years but need more income as they cut the load an adjunct can carry.

2. Have you looked here?
http://onlineadjunctjobs.blogspot.com/

Not much luck for my field (history), but maybe more for other fields . . .

3. Do you teach at any college online? I have gone to adjunctnation.com
But is mostly people looking to break in and not much information coming out - but I will look at this to see if it can be fruitful

4. Currently I teach at College of Southern Nevada
as adjunct - mostly online. But they aren't hiring for squat right now, despite the increasing admissions - budget cutbacks are severe.

Another option that was suggested to me was looking for ESL classes. Apparently, most places only want you to be a native English speaker and have a Masters (in something). Teaching experience (in anything) is a plus.

5. A few here ...
FacultyFinder.com

I was at a distance teaching and learning conference last week and received an email from a vendor today which included this link. I had talked to the vendor about distance proctoring - this company uses faculty signed up through the FacultyFinder.com site to act as local proctors as well. No idea what it pays, but an interesting idea and maybe a good way to network into a job for a school.

Have you tried http://www.higheredjobs.com/faculty/ (use the keyword search in the advanced search function to find those with "online" in the title or text).

Good luck.
