4. Done. I was originally reluctant to do as you suggested b/c I didn't want a Freep troll

to go and click NO or take it back to Freeper land in order to whip them up.

The bottom line is that Crist is on the verge of vetoing this. He admitted that he has had more pressure on this than the Terry Schiavo case and he is listening to the pressure against the bill.
