We did everything "right."

I'm fairly certain it's always been there, but now that the liberals have some real leverage in Washington it's becoming more pronounced.

We were truer to our views. When we grow, others don't change (or at least haven't this time) but melt into us pulling our party to the right. Although, I don't agree that this has happened on GLBTQ rights. We've never had the support for it that we have today, even in our own party.
