Same goes for all the other guys out there. Trying to find a guy via house beerpong parties is a HORRIBLE idea btw.

:(

1. I am female, but I looked 18 until I hit 32.
It's been downhill from there. I have aged about 40 years in the last 6 years...inside and out.

8. Well I look like I'm in my late twenties
I've always looked older because I've always had facial hair, I do not have a baby face, and I'm 6'5". At least I can hide my early balding pretty damned well.

4. Probably the most childish aspect of the ego is its demand for a facade of eternal youth

9. Old age is a disease for all intents and purposes
How can seeing one's body deteriorate, literally waste away bit by bit not be traumatic? Specially to our coddled, privileged Western sensibilities.
Many have tried to romanticize the process but there's nothing beautiful about it. Just pain, discomfort and the constant reminder that one will soon enough cease to exist.

I am not saying we humans are rational beings in any sense but the issue goes well beyond "ego".
