Boycott Against Ford Over Gay Support Put On Hold

An anti-gay organization announced Monday it was putting on hold a boycott against Ford Motors.

The conservative Christian group America Family Association launched a nationwide boycott of Ford last week over the automaker's support for LGBT issues. (story)

Today the AFA announced that following a meeting with a group of Ford dealers, AFA has suspended the boycott until December 1, 2005 after the dealers asked for time to see if the AFA complaints "could be addressed by them in cooperation with officials from Ford Motor Company."

2. Ford is letting the afa save face

One slight edit of the story. The group is not only anti-gay but anti-american and anti-constitution. The afa is an organization of people who hate in the name of Jesus Christ and their boycott attempts have been farcical at best. bubba must be terribly confused. Should he trade in his old ford pickup or should he go and buy a new one before December. Ignorant american hating idiots, one and all.

referring to AFA as 'an anti-gay organization' every time. I want them to call them exactly what they are - a legalized hate group that is hijacking religion to make it ok to hate whoever they want.
