Gay Marriage Ruling Expected In 8th Canadian Region
http://www.365gay.com/newscon05/06/062005nbMarr.htm

A ruling is expected, possibly as early as this week, on same-sex marriage in New Brunswick.

"There's no discrimination more oppressive than discrimination by a government on its citizens," lawyer Alison Menard, told Justice Judy Clendenning in arguments last week.
