8 Cities Challenge Wisconsin Gay Benefits Suit

The city of Green Bay and seven other municipalities want to have their say in a lawsuit seeking benefits for the partners of gay and lesbian government workers.

The suit was filed in April by six lesbian state employees. (story)

Married state workers are permitted to include their spouses and children in the state insurance plan.
