Gay Couple Accuses Schools Of Bias
http://www.365gay.com/newscon05/07/071105bcSchools.htm

A British Columbia Human Rights tribunal began hearing evidence Monday in a complaint lodged by a married same-sex couple that the provincial school curriculum does not present a balanced view of gay issues.

Same-sex marriage is legal in British Columbia but the province's schools do not include gay issues in the curriculum Murray and Peter Corren charge.

If the quasi judicial body agrees with them it has the power to force the government to change its policy.
