Does the harassment of gay couples kissing in public in places like El Paso and Salt Lake City make you more hesitant to do the same?

*Yes. I’m wary of receiving unwanted attention and don’t want to be discriminated against.
*No. I’m not afraid to express my feelings for my partner in public.
*Yes and no. It depends on the situation and setting.

And Q3JR4 says:

F**k no. In fact if I were anywhere near either place I would round up as many gay men and women as I could and we would have an old fashioned kiss-out right in the middle of SLC. If in El Paso we would fill the restaurant and dare the police to do anything about it.

A city can arrest and hold two, but lets see them arrest and hold 2000. Lets see a restaurant kick out 95% of its clientele.

Q3JR4
No more Mr. Nice Gay.

4. You know it.
I'm hoping that the GLBT community wakes up to what it has in vast quantities...

Numbers.

The only way we can adequately address the social situations affecting our community is to engage in massive civil disobedience. At least it would force the powers that be to acknowledge the fact that we exist.

Q3JR4.
Is mad as hell and is not going to take it anymore.
