Withers: Black gay activists go after McClurkin
Withers: Black gay activists go after McClurkin

A few weeks ago, I briefly mentioned Donnie McClurkin’s unhinged rant against gays and lesbians. According to the Grammy winning gospel singer, openly gay men are “are broken and feminine” and connected to vampires (always love it when someone decides to jump on the latest cultural phenomenon). This rank foolishness been mocked all over the net and last week a group of black religious folk went old media to call McClurkin out.

In full a full page ad in Metro New York, Pastor Jospeh W. Tolton of GaybyGod.net and the Rehoboth Temple Christ Conscious Church, penned a rebuttal to McClurkin’s questionable theology.

It would be unfair to suggest the ad is focused only on McClurkin. Tolton also calls for fellow minsters to give the anti-gay sermons a rest, especially when their pews are filled with many gays and lesbians looking for spiritual guidance.

1. Vampires, huh? Hmmm. Sounds better than a toaster.
Where do I sign up? I promise only to eat nasty right-wing homophobes, even if they taste skanky. I'll be the Dexter of vampires.

McClosetcase on his knees NOT praying to the almighty. And I mean someone not in hypocrite McClosetcase's inner circle, because the word on the Gay Street is that like so many other self-loathing faggots that are making a buck off of their supposed "conversion," McClosetcase is still as queer as a three dollar bill and still having male-to-male sex, all-be-it on the down low.

McClosetcase is profiting mightily off of his supposed "recovery" from teh gay, and even worse is profiting off of the misery of others he helps to perpetuate.

ENOUGH! Put a bounty on his dishonest, hypocritical ass! Expose him for the fraud he truly is.

On edit: Oh, and President Obama, maybe your next inauguration-if there is one-you might be a bit more judicious about who you invite to "sing just a song" and deliver "just a two minute prayer." And while I'm on the subject, "paging fierce advocate." We kept our end of the deal, don't you think it's time you keep yours?
