..... the perps seem to have been NYC public school products and homophobia is so utterly fucking ubiquitous therein that one may as well indict their teachers, administrators and other adults who watch, see and then ... year after year... do absolutely *nothing* about it.

|
People in positions of authority over children--who allow hate and bullying to go unfettered--should be held to account for emotionally and psychologically neglecting the kids in their charge.
And if they are actively teaching that kind of mentally-crippling behavior, they should be removed from those positions, and prosecuted.
