Posh Gay Retirement Home Planned For Santa Rosa
http://www.365gay.com/newscon05/09/090505retire.htm

An exclusive Santa Rosa neighborhood may soon be home to a retirement community exclusively for gays and lesbians.
The Oaks at Fountaingrove would offer couples and singles over 65 a "gracious, accepting and secure environment" to live out their senior years with varying levels of medical support, according to Bill Mabry, a partner in the $75 million project by Aegis Senior Living of Santa Rosa.

"We're looking at a demographic that is seriously underserved," Mabry said. "We thought it was time to do something like this."

1. A la
the scene in which Jon takes Michael to dinner with the A-gays in "Tales Of The City," and they discuss opening a gay retirement home.

8. I'm really annoyed that they are doing this...
my partner and I had this idea and were starting to work with a real estate agent friend to work on it... Not only did they steal our idea, but they're putting it in our town.

1/2 million and up I suppose. Partner and I moved to Socal 4 years ago to retire. We are both extremely sorry we left Sonoma. If we could afford it we'd return tomorrow. They are building one in Downtown LA too, and one out here in Coachella Valley
