Polish Gays Drag Warsaw Mayor To European Court

Polish gay and lesbian organizations are taking Warsaw Lech Kaczynski to Europe's highest human rights court.
The groups say they will lodge a formal complaint with the Human Rights Tribunal in Strasbourg accusing Kaczynski of civil rights abuses against gays and lesbians.

They say that Kaczynski broke the law when he banned this year's gay pride parade and should not have based his decision on his person view of homosexuality.
