"I really do not think that we should have homosexuals guiding our children"
PhoboQuotable- Bill McCollom

"I really do not think that we should have homosexuals guiding our children. I think that it’s a lifestyle that I don’t agree with. I realize a lot of people do. It’s my personal faith, religious faith, that I don’t believe that the people who do this should be raising our children. It’s not a natural thing. You need a mother and a father. You need a man and a woman. That’s what God intended." - Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum, saying that he'd like to see his state's ban on gay adoption extended to gay foster parenting.

In the above-linked interview with the Florida Baptist Press, McCollum again defends his hiring of Dr. George "Rentboy" Rekers. He further states his opposition to same-sex marriage and adds: "I don’t believe in involving the government in enforcing or encouraging the lifestyle of gays and homosexuals. I just don’t believe that."

2. I've found in life many peoples thoughts, ideas, beliefs, whatever are irrelevant in
the big picture. When young, many decades ago, I had this notion there was something like the proper individual to grow up to be... then one day, I realized how F'ed up many people were and worked to tune them out of my life. And so many were/are about power, control, domination and money as in most politics and most religions. IMO that's what most of history is filled with in the realm of politics, corporations and religion. ... and other stuff too...

in fact, i think we should ammend the constitution to ban religion. it is against god to have these zealots out there preaching about a false god.

8. Hey douchebag
Gay people are already guiding your children. At least they're not guiding them to some dark corner where they can bugger them, or scare them into submission with threats of hellfire and brimstone.
