Researchers in Omaha are conducting a community survey of gay, bisexual and transgender Nebraskans.
Christopher Fisher, of the University of Nebraska Medical Center, says there is little research on Nebraska's gay, bisexual and transgender residents, and the surveys will be used to determine that community's social, mental, physical and sexual health.
The researchers have surveyed 300 people so far but are seeking 200 more participants.

Researchers at the University of Nebraska at Omaha are also working on the project.
