sexual relationship with each other for a long time, and at least one of them has never been in a sexual relationship with anybody else, and they are both lesbians, then would the government of Iran permit one of them to have a sex change operation so that they could live as husband and wife? Alternatively, would the government of Iran require both women to undergo female to male sex change operations?
