is why is this guy doing what he is doing ? where is the "profit" (because no one does stuff without a payoff of some kind..)

and should be removed from office. He is obsessed with Ryan Armstrong and displays stalking behaviour. I would not be surprised that, if nothing is done, he will attempt (and maybe even succeeed) in doing Armstrong serious harm.
