Especially since people born in Africa or the Caribbean ARE banned from donating blood, at least in Canada.
It's actually pretty easy to pick on a lot of oppressed groups. Making "us" out to be the number one oppressed group helps nobody. And I put "us" in quotation marks, because queer people of colour, people with disabilities, women, poor people, and the like do actually exist. As a queer woman with a disability, when you say that gays are the number one oppressed group, you do not speak for me.
