Justice Breyer; a class act and even more so when compared to the low life right wing justices.
"Justice Stephen Breyer suggested Sunday that other justices shouldn't let President Barack Obama's criticism of the court keep them away from the annual speech."

""I'll go next year. I've gone every year. I think it's very, very, very important, very important for us to show up at that State of the Union because people today, as you know, are more and more visual," Breyer said."

Count them... that's four verys in front of the word important. I can only hope that one day congress will rise up on it's hind legs and impeach Samuel Anthony Alito for lying to congress during his confirmation hearings.

2. I think Obama was out of line so
I actually can understand why the conservatives on the court would protest that by not going. Not only was it... unfair and rude, but if there was any chance of Kennedy retiring for Obama I think that ended it

Breyer is a disappointment to me. He's more of a centrist than a liberal. just recently in the violent video games case he sided with the conservatives and against free speech. He also voted for the "childrens online protection act" which was ruled unconstitutional thanks to the liberals and amazingly Clarence Thomas. Id be glad if he retired and got replaced by Obama or some other Democrat president.
