Last week I discovered Derek and Romaine, and this is a great talk show.

I am a long time subscriber to both XM and Sirius, and last week I happened upon the Derek and Romaine show on OUT Q, and this is my new favorite program for winding down the evening. Thanks to them, I also know what to call myself: A straight ally. I only wish that homophobes everywhere could listen to a talk show like this, or the one that precedes it, Michaelangelo something, who specializes in politics. It is so ridiculous to me that GLBT people "frighten" people. We are all the same. I love this new channel I have discovered on XM/Sirius and urge people to spread the word. I am not GLBT, but three quarters of everything that Derek and Romaine talk about I can relate to, and I consider them to be in the same class with Howard Stern and Ron Bennington and Fez Whatley, just brilliant interesting fascinating people who are superb at what they do, and I am so happy to say I found them and love what they are doing.

I just don't understand hatred or prejudice against the GBLT community. It is only a matter of time before this barricade dissolves, and I can't wait.
