"DADT Protesters Face Unusual Charge, Prompting Questions From Judge"
From Equality Matters:

Thirteen protesters of the military's "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" (DADT) policy appeared in federal court Friday for what their lawyer says is an unusual charge against protesters at federal sites in Washington, DC.

The protesters, who were arrested last November for handcuffing themselves to the White House fence, are charged with "violating the orders of a federal law enforcement officer," a crime that carries a maximum six-month jail sentence.

For those who don't know who this is he is the commander that barded service members from gay bars in DC in the 90s.
