'Lesbian Baiting' Coach Case Heads To Court

Wednesday's 5 pm deadline came and went with no apology for remarks by Penn State's controversial women's basketball coach and the National Center for Lesbian Rights said has no choice but to go to court.

"We were trying to resolve this without litigation but we think they are not interested in resolving this in good faith," NCLR Regional Counsel Karen Doering told 365Gay.com.

Doering is representing Jennifer Harris, a 6 foot guard who played on Penn State's Lady Lions basketball team from 2003 to 2005.
