General Hospital is doing a public service announcement with GLAD.... |
|
I know it's to cross promote a story line where this (very cute, btw) character comes out, but hey, it's a good sign.

2. Good for them! I used to watch that show when it was only half an hour |
|
long! The main characters were Audrey and Dr. Steve Hardy! That was mainly watching because my mother watched. Then I got hooked in college when Luke and Laura were all the rage!

3. i always thought it was pretty campy myself... |
|
remember the liz taylor appearance at their wedding? and those rich greek villians and crazy international intrigue? it had a mixed audience because it was late enough to catch after school. i have no idea if it's still as popular, but i think it's pretty cool they are doing it. and the dude coming out is smoking hot too. i hope he's a character they keep for a long time, too.

4. Really? I'll have to catch it to see who the guy is! |
|
Yeah, I loved it at the time, and now when I catch soaps they seem so campy and unbelievable!
Yeah, that Liz Taylor stint was too bizarre!

6. Oh God! Blackie! I started losing interest in the show when he came on.. |
|
...but he was adorable, and John has really aged quite nicely.

Never cared for Dynasty--I always watched Dallas and Falcon Crest--didn't like that Steven was gay, not gay, gay, not gay....
