Commitment Ceremony Protests Virginia Anti-Gay Measure
http://www.365gay.com/Newscon06/01/012306vaVows.htm

As the Virginia Senate prepares to take up a proposed constitutional amendment that would ban same-sex marriage members of an Arlington church showed their opposition.

Sunday about 60 same-sex and opposite-sex couples gathered at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Arlington to exchange vows. For many it was an affirmation of vows they had already taken.

One of the couples has been together for 25 years.

The pairs walked down the aisle of the church as "There Is More Love Somewhere" was sung.
