Wives of transgenders support group?
Hi my GBLT friends.

I am trying to compile a good list of support groups for wives of transgenders. A family member has just come out and his wife is in shock. I am getting her as much information as I can and she is very interested in talking to other women who have experienced this. She is in Oregon. Can any of you help me out?

Thanks!

3. Online Support Forums
I am transgendered myself and I'm currently a member of a couple of online forums at http://www.crossdressers.com and http://www.myhusbandbetty.com. Both forums would be excellent places for your family member and his wife to get some more information and to find some support. My wife also belongs to the "My Husband Betty (named after a book written by a wife of a crossdresser, Helen Boyd, who also moderates and posts on the site)" site which, between the two of them, is more geared towards spouses of crossdressers/transgendered individuals. Hope everything turns out o.k.

4. Heres a link to the live journal "partners of tg" community

My spouse recently discovered this and assured me that it was more than just shared resentment. May be worth investigating.
