While Gerald Allen thoroughly pisses me off, the journalist does manage to make him look like a total ass in here.

2. Banning books that "promote homosexuality"? ... Sheesh!

Guess that means the scumdamentalists will be pulling the Bible off bookshelves, too. Can't have the little kiddies reading Song of Solomon and getting all sorts of nasty ideas from that line about "thy love for me was wonderful, surpassing the love of women." Then there's that troubling New Testament passage referring to John as "the disciple whom Jesus loved." Hmmmm ... wouldn't want to risk warping fragile young minds who might wonder if the last supper involved food, drinks and buggery.
