Hunt for fugitive in HIV case

West Sussex, U.K. - - A Hunt has been launched for a gay man who went on the run after being convicted of knowingly giving his partner HIV.

Mark James, 47, is thought to be the first gay man convicted of recklessly passing on HIV.

James was told in 2004 he had the virus but continued having unprotected sex without telling his partner of his illness.
