Six Feet Under is coming to Bravo
If you have never seen this show take the opportunity in October to see it on Bravo. One of the best gay characters in all of TV land. I just hope that the editting isn't too bad.

1. I loved that show but it gave me the creeps. I think it was just the
whole death thing as a constant in the program. Good acting, excellent writing, and the story lines were believable.

5. It took some getting used to admittedly
but I really loved David's character. He reminded me a bit of myself at times.

I just loved it. My favorite moment is when Clare goes to visit her mother's free-spirit sister, and brings home a tape of Joni Mitchell her aunt gives her. Her mother finds it, puts it on and begins to sing along to it, while Clare watches her, unseen. I felt tears come down my face. Frances Conroy, who played Ruth Fisher, the matriarch of the Fisher family, was just awe-inspiringly wonderful in that series. I didn't always love this show, but when it was good, when moments like this occurred, it was miraculous.

I think of myself as David with a helping of Clare mixed in.

2. Are they starting the series from the beginning ?
I saw 1 & 2 on video, but then it lost me because I can't stand that psychotic chick (the girlfriend with the psycho brother and all the family issues).

Ugly characters, great acting.

A real plus: Matthew St. Patrick, David's cop boyfiend. The show got him started.

4. This is the best series ever... I'm series!!!
I loved that series and was so sad when it ended. It's been empty without such great drama on HBO.

9. Good news
That's great news! I am re-watching the fifth and final season of SFU on DVD and forgot how dynamic and raw the show is. My favorite is Claire and probably Ruth too.
