Controversial "Gay" Disease???
September 30, 2006
Los Angeles Times

One of Southern California's most influential gay institutions has embarked on a controversial ad campaign with this stark declaration: "HIV is a gay disease."

<snip>

The ads have stunned some in the gay community and the AIDS services world, who recall the early years of the epidemic, when anti-gay clergy railed against the condition and little money was available for research or prevention.

Some AIDS counselors worry that the campaign could further stigmatize the disease, making women and heterosexual men less likely to come forward.

The fight to combat this has NEVER been more important considering there are so many promiscuous Repukes on the prowl.

1. Tell that to more than a few people in Africa.
My God, that's despicable. TWENTY fucking years into this worldwide epidemic...and there are people that would go back to that kind of homophobia? That's not just an disservice...that's just plain evil.

2. There has become a resurgence among the gay population that
it is their disease... now young people aren't even fighting it. They just say "ok, lets get it over with". Even heterosexual kids have this mentality, "oh well". Not realizing that young and stupid changes to older and wiser-- "would have, could have, should have."

Anyway--lets not dwell on this too much. Everyone now grows up knowing that their is AIDS. I love how it is capitalized to drive home a point. There is a thought concerning any virus or bacteria. There is a threshold that they can not survive. Normally heat/ cold extremes.. alkalinity extremes..
So, if you make your body acidic enough, you will kill the virus off. Or at least keep it at bay. There are a lot of 'holistic' treatments that seem to work. But it is not the FDA's intention to ever have a cure, they would lose too much money.

4. I'm not sure I understand what you mean by saying:
"There has become a resurgence among the gay population that it is their disease." :shrug:

Do you believe that or are you being facetious?

6. Ignorance and Hate are "Christian" Diseases
However, they do not deny it and actually revel in their squalor.
