The Rise of the Homosexual Super Citizen

“All pigs are created equal, except some pigs are more equal than others" wrote George Orwell in his classic “Animal Farm.” While it is always fun poking fun at Stalin being a pig, applying Owellian metaphors to American society will usually do nothing but get a person called “paranoid” by their friends, and a “ranting lunatic” by most others. However, when reality strikes you in the face and the preponderance of evidence is undeniable, the truth is the truth no matter how insane or impossible it may sound. The facts in America today are that homosexuals have been elevated to be America’s Super Citizens, above the law to the point where their psychological need for acceptance trounces even the most basic Constitutional rights of others.

I wish the rightwing would make a decision - either homosexuals WILL ruin the country, or ARE ruining the country, or HAVE ruined the country; whether we are supposed to be keeping the homosexuals FROM getting power, or are supposed to be taking it AWAY from them.

Their constant flip-flopping is confusing.

Hmmmm ... using that argument I guess it could be said that African-Americans' need for acceptance during the Civil Rights era trounced on the basic rights of klansmen, rednecks, good ol' boys and other lower life-forms to be ignorant bigots, too.

Frankly, if any group could be called "Super Citizen" (Does that designation come with a cape and tights?) in this day and age it's the fundies and other religious bigots who use their beliefs to trounce on whatever group they disagree with.
