So I posted the following in the California Forum but have yet to receive a response. Maybe someone here can help me out?
Does anybody in California know the name of the group(s) leading the charge against the gay marriage amendment?
I'd like to copy the information down and forward it on to people here in Idaho who (like me) may be interested in donating money and/or time.
Q3JR4.
Edited to add the red.

Equality California was definitely on top of my list.
Anyone know of any other group or is Equality California leading the charge?

4. I registered to volunteer with Equality For All |
|
First e-mail I got from them was one with four links to donate and nothing about volunteering. I replied to tell them I understand the need for funds, but that I'd specifically noted when I registered that I wanted to volunteer, not donate (I'm broke). Within an hour I got a personal e-mail saying they were gonna hook me up with a volunteer coordinator and that their biggest need in volunteers is for pride parades.
Their quick response and attention to my wishes impressed me.
