A bunch of brave kids on a bus to look for GLBT Equality
at a bunch of Southern Faith-based colleges.

My Pastor Rev. Chris King ~no, really that's his NAME~(Episcopal) is a transplant from a Church downtown. It's his former parishoners who are making up this group.

Here's a link to their site:

Here is their route:

1. Is this great or what?
This could could never have happened when I was in high school (1974-1977). I hung out with a pretty artsy/liberal crowd, but they were still so homophobic. A couple of my buddies really suffered because they were considered "faggy looking". Great to see youngsters trying to fight this.
Way to go and best wishes!

2. My wife was involved with them for the DADT campaign
Got arrested at West Point with a bunch of them. She's quite proud to be banned from there for five years.

4. When the kids...
When the kids are able to grasp something that most adults just can't (Besides bad music :) hehe) it makes me believe in things again.

There is nothing more important than our nation's children being raised to understand the human condition, to trust love rather than war... to f'ing get it...

Rock on!
