1. Stand in front of it with your own signs? If you're on the sidewalk, you're not trespassing.
I'd help you out, but I'm on the other side of the country.

2. Report it immediately to the local elections authority or to the secretary of state.
This looks like unlawful electioneering.

7. I think It's Hawaiian Gardens, CA
Not sure... could be on the border with Lakewood.

Makes me sick all the 8 support signs around here! I don't think it will pass... but his sickens me.

5. Talk to the election judge
Tell the election judge at the polling place that there is politicking going on outside. I don't know what counts as "too close" in California, but he or she will. And they are probably authorized to stop it. Since that slogan is on the signboard outside, it may also be on posters and fliers inside. You could/should also report this to your local election office. Reports like yours might convince them that this facility is unsuitable as a polling place.

11. Too close
Too close in my state is 75 ft. Any sign or person can advertise if they are 75+ feet away. A sign marks the 75 ft line.

The church across the street from me being a polling station,
no venom posted however they are enemies. I already voted, so I don't have to dirty my shoes going into that den of medievilism

12. Is the Sign on the Church Serving as a Polling Place?
If so, distance does not matter, it is illegal. Well, it used to be illegal before the New Nazi Party took over in 2000. Seriously, take the picture, report it to election officials and demand the sign be removed. Then report it to the IRS with pics and explanation about it being a designated polling place.

13. 75+ Feet away?
Looks like it meets the legal requirement, at least the ones we have here. My polling place, public school, is inundated with signs just past the 75ft mark from the entrance door. Now any signs, flyers, buttons etc. in past that point shouldhave been removed by the election officials before the polls were opened.

14. That's my fear...
That it is 100 ft away from the actual polling place... even though the sign is on church property and so is the polling place.
