A bit of good news in CT, where homophobia did not prevail.
Here in CT, we voted on whether or not to revisit our state Constitution. Most voters knew that the people funding this were homophobes hoping to ban gay marriage. And the homophobes lost by approximately a 2:1 margin.

I hope it helps a little to know that there are at least some places in the country where the majority supports full civil rights for everyone. I'm sorry and ashamed that this isn't the case everywhere.
