Will ENDA be reintroduced in Congress??? |
|
Edited on Sat Nov-08-08 07:38 PM by Double_Talk_Express
Now that we have even stronger Democratic majorities, will ENDA get reintroduced and passed? I hope so.
Of course, we'll be dealing with the reactionaries in our own party attempting to defeat it -- homophobic scum like Mike McIntyre, Heath Shuler, Gene Taylor, and Dan Boren.

1. It better be in the first six months |
|
And pass, with no problems.

3. 6 Months, No ENDA = Betrayal Once Again. |
|
Six months. That's all they have with me.
Six months.
Democrats have always used the excuse that they were the minority in the House and the minority in the Senate to push ENDA.
After we won control of both the Senate and the House, the excusing mantra was that Democrats did not have a President in the White House to sign it into law.
Well, now there are no more excuses.
Six Months.
Six months for ENDA.
Six months to lift the ban on gays and lesbians serving OPENLY in the Armed Forces.
Six months to include the GLBT community into Hate Crime Legislation.
Six months.
And then hell breaks loose.
