Lead counsel on the case - I just listened to Shannon Minter on the Michelangelo Signorile show ..

he is the legal eagle that argued the case before the California Supreme Court. He was part of the team that secured the right to marry for ALL Californians. He is going to be the one arguing before the Court again, and he feels that our side has an excellent chance.

In the humble opinion of this law school graduate, he is VERY talented, VERY knowledgeable, and VERY sharp.

Shannon pointed out that, if the opposition's legal argument wins, many vital rights of Californians are at risk. The other side is basically arguing that they only narrowly established parameters regarding a right (nonsense, of course).
