I think small donations don't get reported, though.

9. The moneyyou donated to Lambda Legal is not considered a political campaign contribution |
|
The money you contributed to Lambda Legal, if I followed the your threads correctly, was made after the election was over. The money to Lambda Legal will be put toward the ensuing legal battle and court costs. These types of contributions, because they were not directed toward a political candidate or an election campaign, are not entered into the California Secretary of State's database and, hence, are not readily accessible to the public.

to the election. Is that the same thing? I donated to an organization called LAMBDA legal, because folks here said it was a good place to donate.

6. I'm not sure on the rules |
|
but I know my donation is listed on the site I gave above.
I think if the money goes toward lobbying or something like that, it has to be reported. Whether someone can find that out easily is another question.

16. If you donated to any of the official committees it's public information |
|
Whether you were on the "Yes" or "No" side.
The full list is available at the Secretary of State's Website.
My wife says anybody who wants to is free to boycott her gay business because we both donated several times to Equality for All.
