Something potentially good.

Some of you might know that I am Offishul Web Weenie and Pixel Pusher for http://worldnewstrust.com . Some of you might not, as well.

Well, we have something in the hopper that has the potential to be very helpful indeed for the progressive community as a whole, but in these times in which we live, might have special cachet for the GLBTI community in particular. Beyond that, I really should not say, but trust me: I wouldn't come here to blow smoke up yer' patoots.

The thing is, we publish authors, too. We have Joe Bageant, Mary Lyon(our own, sweet Calimary), James Kunstler and others. Joe, in fact, is very involved with us, a fact we are very proud of.

We sure would like to get some good original material from the members of the GLBTI community for the site. We are still growing and actively looking for a way to put *something* in the pockets of every writer who contributes, and we may be onto some strategies that will allow that in our next website version.

That said, if you are GLBTI or one of their straight allies, if you write, and if you want to put your voice in front of a small but growing international(very!) audience, PM me. We want your words on this issue and we want to get them out. We, too, know an abomination when we see one in action.
