what do was called the Master Cleanser, 25 years ago. it is based on Dr Wilhelm Reich ideas that the intestines get coated with mucus and stuff gets caught in the folds and turns .. creating a resident case of food poisoning.

there isn't any Maple Syrup where i was then. The idea is to provide the necessary energy during the extended fast, 14 days, so you can still work and finish the fast.. i am never hungry during the fast, i actually get 'Energized'.. a note about the fast.. get some really soft toilet paper, dab dont wipe and apply some neosporin, you dont want to get a sore ass hole while passing a lot of Salt water, i use 2 slightly rounded teaspoons of sea salt in a quart of cold water, the salt solution is supposed to be the same as plood plasma so you dont absorb the salt nor get dehydrated, it just runs thru in about20 minutes when things are cleaned out. which was the only reason i couldn't do 14 days. use Cold water for the salt water, and try to drink it without stopping.. each time you drink and stop is more time on the toilet, as it will pass in stages.. and you dont really have to drink a quart, you can start with a pint. after about 6 days all that comes out is a golden water and large sheets of filmy mucus,, and gravel like pieces that get dislodged.. i heard on the Prime time CNN news that people in their 50's and 60's can have between 10 and 25 pounds of hardened crap stuck in their intestines, it was a story about why guys couldn't get rid of their 'Pot Bellies' exercising when they are older. when you start eating start with broth and over cooked vegies, and build up to solid food, youcan get an impaction if you go out and eat a dozen doughnuts.
I use Flax meal and oat Bran as my fiber, Psylium backs me up for 3 or 4 day's if i miss a meal with it, and it is Gassy... I Never use it anymore.
I get flax seed at the health food store and grind it in my coffee grinder, mix some with oat bran and i eat some with each meal. my doctor made me take my cholesterol tests twice because all my annual tests were Exactly MID RANGE at 55 years old, he could not believe it.. he grilled me for info about what i ate and exercised.. he was more than 10 years younger and was already on medication.. mine was WAY High before i started this program.. i also consume cultured milk with every meal about 1/2 cup.. i make a yogurt drink using low fat milk with a 5 bacteria yogurt. i use a 1/4 or 1/2 cup of yogurt and set it in a covered pitcher on top of the refrigerator for 4 or 5 days, less in the summer.. i give the dogs some fiber and a little cultured milk with their meal.. they wont even eat without it.
my wife had bowel problems till she started eating my stuff.. she used to spend 1/4 to 1/2 hour on toilet, now it is less than a minute..
