Resveratrol Kicks Ass
I'm just sayin' it just might.

Started taking it a week ago. A liquid version. Okay I lied, I got to sick to take anything for three days that same night (no that's not what made me sick). I now feel more awake, more like singing, more like kinda wired almost, and I just barely got started.

Maybe all the stuff I am taking total is finally starting to kick in, it's been a few weeks for the other stuff.

Okay, who's on resveratrol?

5. NSI
It is called 'resveratrol complex' and it has alot of other good antioxidant stuff in it. I use a plastic shotglass to measure instead of a table spoon so the first day I took probably four whole ones and then after that just one a day. It goes down okay but the aftertaste is kinda nasty. I just take my liquid cinnamon complex right afterwards yum! but I can't afford to keep buying EVERYTHING so when that's gone I'll just brush my teeth after the resveratrol. The dosage on the bottle says serving size is 2 tablespoons and there are 32 servings per container. It was on sale at $20 / bottle so it doesn't cost that much, at least not right now. This one uses the Japanese knotweed for the extract which I suspect is the source of the weird aftertaste.

3. I switched from white to red wine
I'm happy. I also eat red grapes.

4. I'm in the wine business...
At home we drink at least a bottle of red for dinner, maybe two. Resveratrol is present in all red grape skins and is very beneficial to our cells and entire system, including our cardio-vascular system.

6. I've been taking it for a few weeks
I'm feeling more energetic and wakeful, and stronger during workouts.

It's in wine, but the amount is much less than in supplements. I'd look up the numbers, but I'm not feeling that energetic.
