What is the civilian name for 'gulf war syndrome?' & a cure?
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or Chronic Fatigue Immune Dysfunction Syndrome ... (one notices the immune system, is all)

In these, doctors do not know what the fatigue is.

It is autoimmune hemolytic anemia that fools the basic blood tests (too many red blood cells are immature or Retic rate is running high on an acute exposure)

It is what happens when someone is poisoned by 2-butoxyethanol
Known by lots of other names, as well
http://www.valdezlink.com/2-b_synonyms.htm

In Simple Green, Dow Chemical calls it butyl cellosolve

Basically we have been poisoning our own people, civilian and military alike for over 50 years.

Corexit made matters worse when it became part of the military arsenal (Bad invention of Exxon which was NOT selected for use during the Exxon Valdez oil spill cleanup) That made matters worse

Much explained here

Someone said to me that they felt there was already a cure out there, but whoever has it, would prefer to make money off of the illness.

So, if that were true, I say that a cure is possible; and someone else can come up with it

Why did I think about this chemical? That was easy, if you start with this chemical http://home.gci.net/~blessing/pages/who.htm

1. Check out heated aspartame
Thousands of cases of diet drinks were left out in the heat of the desert (over 100deg.)and heated aspartame turns into something no animal would drink!
Chronic CFS is also very common amoung overweight people who consume diet beverages and many other diet (asparatame) products.
The sugar based diet products are being more and more in demand as more people wonder about unexplained symptoms and illnesses caused by new drugs and things produced for health.
Splenda is expensive, but one Drs. office call will buy a lot!

3. that wouldn't be it
not a good theory

If pop would turn into something that no animal would drink,
Sorry, our troops wouldn't, either

But it's a try at the answer

5. on your other points
"Chronic CFS is also very common among overweight people"

The chemical I'm talking about can cause overweight because it disrupts the endocrine system. There was a study done on 2 areas: chemical alley up the MS river and Pittsburg or Pennsylvania area that showed there were a disproportionate number of obese people

4. That could be true
And until recently that's what I thought

My goal has been to bring attention to this health predicament and keep from harming anyone else

Right now it is an unrecognized harm. Doctors should study THIS chemical, if they were to studied any.
www.valdezlink.com/gwv_why_fatigue.htm

and get the big picture
www.valdezlink.com/gwv_symptoms.htm

It has so many 'branches' off of the fatigue harm, that almost any doctor could be seeing these patients. ASK MORE QUESTIONS

6. sounds like you are a doctor
to know so quickly that there is no cure

I asked a couple of oncologists - they said the same thing

But most often people go to doctors who don't believe they have all these ailments in the first place -

cure? How can there be a cure when there's really nothing wrong with someone? When there are diagnosis issues?

What I state is theory. The proof is for those harmed by this chemical to prove. They are in a desperate situation. They are hoping the doctor will help
