CFS support group forum??
My wife has had chronic fatigue syndrome for some time. Has tried a lot of things and doctors, with some results but still having a hard time. Does anyone know of a good on-line support forum for CFS?

thanks

2. My favorite treatment for CFS is a sauna...
Heat seems to knock back the disease. We need to crank up our small sauna once every 3 to 6 months. It takes 3 days running, about 20 minutes a day in 2 10 minute bursts, at about 150 degrees Fahrenheit in the sauna.
Breathe deeply and sweat as much as you can, but get out if your pulse starts going too fast, wait 5 or 10 minutes then finish off with another burst, max of 2 a day, or for as long as you can stand it.
You will be amazed at the difference it makes.
Good luck

Bruce

3. CureZone.com has a huge number of forums
This is the one for CFS:

Have you seen a decent Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioner (and not some Western doctor who thinks that two courses in acupuncture and a piece of paper makes him knowledgeable on the subject)?

4. thanks
And yes - we've tried a lot of alternative medicine. Working now with a doctor that really seems promising.

Thanks for all the help.
