He gets a lot of money for chelation therapy, an unproven treatment based on the idea that many diseases are due to heavy metal poisoning.

There have been some serious complaints about him to the state medical board.

Buttar is the one involved in trying to sell something - just like the oil companies.

The scientists and academics who do research, but don't have anything to sell, have found
(a) there is no connection between vaccines and autism
(b) humans are the main cause of global warming

I'd wager $100 that if you were to subpoena Buttar's own medical records, you'd find he and his kids were all up-to-date on all their vaccinations.
