1. This is a really bad idea

1) hospitals can't refuse care, but they damn well can pass the cost on to the tax payers - at inflated rates
2) missed payments of a premium are probably another reason insurance companies can use to deny your future claims
3) many people have insurance paid by their employer (such as myself) - this is a fight we can't even join in
